Our manufacturing of PE/PP Woven Fabrics is on 4 and 6 shuttle circular looms of Lohia Starlinger make;we can offer open width fabric upto 122 inches/310 c.m.wide i.e.circular/tubular fabric of 61 inches/155 c.m.wide.On the lower side, we can offer circular/ tubular fabrics of minimum 24 inches/61 c.m.wide and small size open width fabric can be offered of any width with thermal cut.We offer PE/PP Woven Fabrics ranging from minimum 45 grams/square meter i.e.GSM (1.32 ozs/square yard) to maximum 175 GSM ( 5.1 ozs/square yard)with varying weaving mesh.These fabrics can be made in colours of your choice and requirement.We also offer U.V.Stabilised fabrics with customized weaving mesh.Fabrics can be offered in roll form as well as piece form.

We manufacture PE/PP Woven Fabrics Laminated/Coated by coating/laminating on PE/PP Woven Fabrics with coating grade LDPE/PP granuales.We have two coating machines,one with maximum coating width of upto 122 inches/310 c.m.and another one with maximum coating width of upto 75 inches/190 c.m..We offer both one side as well as both side coated fabrics.The minimum width of laminated/coated fabrics can be as per your requirement with blade cut edges and the maximum we can offer is upto 120 inches/305 c.m.Width bigger than 120 inches(305 c.m.)can be made by heat sealing the panels of laminated fabrics.Our range of laminated fabrics starts from 70 GSM( 2.05 ozs/square yard) to 400 GSM( 11.7 ozs/square yard).We specialize in manufacturing five layer sandwitch fabrics i.e. 2 layers of fabric and 3 layer of lamination;the structure of the layers of the fabric is like this ( Lamination + Fabric + Lamination + Fabric + Lamination).We can offer fabrics wherein additives like Colour Masterbatch U.V.Stabilizer,Vapour Corrision Inhibitor etc. are required to be incorporated in the lamination as per your requirement. Roll length of your choice can be offered.

We also offer canvas fabrics made on Shulzer, .We generally deal in canvas fabrics made from 100% cotton or blended with polyster yarns in various count and construction.Width of fabric ranges from 36" to 83".These fabrics can be offered dyed as well as waterproofed in roll form and bale form.
